At Raab.pk, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time while ensuring product security and quality.

🚚 Delivery Time

• Out of Karachi: Orders are delivered within 3 to 4 working days.
• Karachi (Within City): Orders are usually delivered within 24 hours.

💳 Payment Methods

We offer the following payment options:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Online Payment

Both payment methods are available at checkout.

📦 Packaging & Open Parcel Policy

• Open parcel is not allowed.
• All garments are packed in transparent Raab.pk flyers, so customers can clearly see the article they ordered.
• Open parcel is not allowed because:
• Once allowed, anyone can open the package before it reaches the customer.
• In the past, some garments were lost before delivery due to open parcels.
• To avoid such issues and ensure product safety, open parcel facility has been closed.

🔄 Replacement Support (Door-to-Door)

If you face any issue related to size or article, you don’t need to visit anywhere.

• We offer a door-to-door replacement policy.
• Our rider will come to your doorstep.
• Simply hand over the item in the same packing condition.
• You will receive your new suit/article from the rider.
