  • Returns are not allowed.
  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

🔄 Replacement Policy

Replacement is only applicable under the following conditions:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong item received
  • Size issue
  • Color difference

⏳ Replacement request must be made within 3 to 4 days of receiving the order.

📦 Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale / clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Products that are:
    • Washed
    • Used
    • Tags removed
    • Packing damaged
      will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
